Texas-based Hennessey Special Vehicles will unveil what it describes as its most engaging and emotionally rewarding hypercar to date when the all-new Venom F5-M makes its global debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed from 9–12 July.
Designed for enthusiasts who demand maximum driver involvement, the new flagship introduces a traditional six-speed gated manual transmission to Hennessey’s record-breaking Venom F5 platform for the first time. Combined with a remarkable 2,031bhp twin-turbocharged V8 engine and open-top Roadster configuration, the Venom F5-M becomes the world’s most powerful manual-production hypercar.
The latest model also incorporates the comprehensive Venom F5 Evolution package, featuring revised aerodynamics, adaptive suspension and an extensively updated carbon fibre chassis engineered to deliver even greater precision and driver confidence.
Manual Hypercar Designed Around Driver Engagement
Unlike many modern hypercars that prioritise automated performance, the Venom F5-M has been engineered to place the driver firmly at the heart of the experience.
A newly developed carbon fibre chassis is paired with bespoke bodywork, active aerodynamic enhancements and a precision six-speed gated manual gearbox, creating a machine that delivers exceptional performance alongside genuine mechanical interaction.
The manual transmission has been specifically developed to complement Hennessey’s immensely powerful drivetrain while sophisticated traction control and engine management systems ensure the vast power remains controllable across every gear.
Power comes from Hennessey’s acclaimed 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged ‘Fury’ V8, producing an extraordinary 2,031bhp, making the Venom F5-M officially the most powerful manual road-going hypercar ever created.
Goodwood Festival of Speed Global Premiere
Visitors to this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed will have the opportunity to see the Venom F5-M in action as professional racing driver Alex Brundle pilots the car up the famous Goodwood Hill twice daily throughout the four-day event.
Displayed within the Festival’s prestigious Supercar Paddock, the new model promises to deliver one of the event’s loudest and most dramatic performances as its twin-turbocharged Fury V8 echoes across the Sussex estate.
Dramatic New Aerodynamics
The Venom F5-M introduces several distinctive styling features that separate it from other members of the Venom F5 family.
Most striking is a dramatic 55-inch (1,400mm) carbon fibre dorsal fin, extending from the roof-mounted air intake to the rear deck. Beyond creating a unique visual identity, the fin improves aerodynamic stability during ultra-high-speed driving beyond 200mph.
An integrated roof scoop channels cool air directly towards the engine while carefully directing airflow around the vehicle to maximise stability.
The debut vehicle also celebrates the collaboration between Hennessey’s American heritage and its first owner’s British nationality, with hand-painted Stars and Stripes and Union Flag graphics incorporated into the dorsal fin using gold detailing that matches the car’s exterior accents.
Bespoke Interior Focuses on Pure Driving
Inside, the cabin has been completely redesigned around the manual transmission.
Dominating the centre console is a beautifully machined billet aluminium gear selector, operating through a precision-milled six-speed open gate that delivers crisp, tactile gear changes.
Every control surface has been developed to maximise driver interaction, reinforcing the analogue nature of the F5-M despite its cutting-edge engineering.
Just Twelve Examples Worldwide
Production will be limited to only 12 Venom F5-M Roadsters, making it one of the rarest modern hypercars.
The first production model, which will be displayed at Goodwood, has been commissioned by a UK customer and features exposed purple carbon fibre with anodised gold detailing.
Created through Hennessey’s exclusive Maverick bespoke division, the car includes several personalised features, including a 24-carat gold nose badge and the owner’s family name, ‘Sheikh’, incorporated into both the exterior and interior trim.
The remaining examples have already been allocated to customers worldwide, with the majority destined for the United States.

Future of the Venom F5 Range
Hennessey has confirmed that the new six-speed manual transmission and revised chassis architecture will subsequently become available across additional Venom F5 derivatives, including the Coupe, Roadster and track-focused Revolution models.
The company has now delivered more than 40 Venom F5 hypercars to customers worldwide, further strengthening its position in the ultra-exclusive hypercar market.
Prices for the Venom F5-M start from $2.65 million (£1.95 million approximately) before local taxes.
