The CR-V is Honda’s largest SUV offered in Europe and is available with either a self-charging e:HEV full hybrid or an e:PHEV plug-in hybrid powertrain.

Designed for families and drivers seeking additional space, the CR-V combines a roomy passenger cabin with generous luggage capacity and Honda SENSING driver-assistance technology as standard.

Honda quotes a driving range of up to 596 miles under WLTP testing, while the plug-in hybrid can travel up to 50 miles using electric power alone, depending on specification and conditions.

With the revised pricing, the CR-V e:HEV Elegance starts at £43,995, while the e:PHEV Elegance Tech is priced from £44,995.

Honda ZR-V Advance

Honda ZR-V: A More Compact Hybrid SUV

Positioned between the HR-V and CR-V, the ZR-V offers a smaller SUV alternative with an emphasis on responsive driving and everyday usability.

Its 2.0-litre e:HEV full hybrid system produces 184PS, combining petrol and electric power without requiring external charging.

Standard equipment includes a nine-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto connectivity and Honda SENSING safety technology.

The revised ZR-V range starts at £35,215 for Elegance, rising to £39,585 for the Advance specification.

Of particular interest is the £1,000 difference between the entry-level CR-V full hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions, although buyers should also consider equipment differences, charging access and individual driving patterns before choosing.
