Suzuki GB has strengthened its UK retail network with the appointment of two new Brayleys Cars dealerships in Thurrock and Milton Keynes, taking the automotive retail group’s Suzuki representation to five locations.
The expansion adds to Brayleys’ existing Suzuki dealerships in Hendon, Bilston and Cannock and gives the Japanese manufacturer greater coverage across the South East and Home Counties.
The new sites will offer Suzuki’s latest hybrid models alongside the fully electric e VITARA, as well as manufacturer-approved servicing, maintenance and aftersales support.
Suzuki returns to its Milton Keynes home
Suzuki Thurrock is already open to customers, while the Milton Keynes dealership opened on 17 August – a particularly significant addition to the network as the town is home to Suzuki GB’s UK headquarters.
Brayleys says the Milton Keynes operation will combine new car sales with manufacturer-approved servicing and aftersales support from its existing workshop facilities.
The dealership is headed by General Manager Jonny Morgan and an established senior management team which has led the Milton Keynes business for more than 12 years.
Morgan said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Suzuki to Milton Keynes. As the home of Suzuki GB PLC, this is an incredibly important location for the brand and it feels like bringing Suzuki home.
“Our experienced team has been serving customers in Milton Keynes for many years, and we’re excited to introduce them to Suzuki’s fantastic range of vehicles while continuing to deliver the high levels of service we’re known for.”
Special launch offers will run at the Milton Keynes dealership throughout September, coinciding with the new registration period.

Thurrock dealership now open
The new Thurrock Suzuki dealership is headed by General Sales Manager Graham Sims, who joined the business from Brayleys’ Romford operation last year. He is supported by Aftersales Manager Danielle Webb, who brings extensive experience of the local customer base.
Sims said: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Suzuki to our Thurrock dealership and introduce the brand to both new and existing customers.
“Suzuki has a fantastic reputation for quality, reliability and value, making it a perfect fit for our business and our local community.”
The Thurrock operation is also creating two additional jobs, with a technician and service advisor joining the business. Two new sales executives are being recruited for the Milton Keynes dealership.
Brayleys grows to five Suzuki dealerships
Brayleys Cars has almost 20 years’ experience in automotive retail, with the latest appointments further developing its relationship with Suzuki.
David Kateley, Director Automobile at Suzuki GB, said: “We are delighted to welcome Brayleys Cars Ltd to the Suzuki dealer network in both Thurrock and Milton Keynes.
“Brayleys now have five Suzuki sites and have built an excellent reputation for customer service over many years, and the experienced teams share Suzuki’s commitment to delivering a friendly, knowledgeable and customer-focused experience.”
Kateley added that the two dealerships would give more customers convenient access to Suzuki’s vehicle range and aftersales services, while describing the Milton Keynes opening as particularly significant because of the location of Suzuki GB’s headquarters.
Expanding Suzuki’s UK presence
The additions come as Suzuki continues to develop its UK dealer representation while broadening its electrified vehicle line-up.
Both dealerships will offer the manufacturer’s hybrid range and the e VITARA, Suzuki’s first mass-production battery-electric model, giving customers access to sales, servicing and aftersales support from the same locations.
For Brayleys, the expansion increases its Suzuki portfolio to five dealerships and strengthens the group’s presence with the brand across several major UK regions.

Motoring Echo Verdict
Suzuki’s latest network expansion gives the manufacturer additional representation in two strategically useful locations, but Milton Keynes is the standout. Establishing a dealership in the town where Suzuki GB is headquartered gives the brand a stronger retail presence on its own doorstep.
For Brayleys, meanwhile, the two appointments take its Suzuki portfolio to five sites and underline a growing relationship between the dealer group and manufacturer as Suzuki expands its electrified range in the UK.
